Health Care Vendors: We are excited to provide vendor sponsorship opportunities again at this year's Attest HEDIS® Client Conference in Nashville, TN on October 6 and 7, 2025. As a reminder, this does not replace affinity events. This year, only sponsors may hold affinity events.
The sponsorship levels are as follows:
- Grand Ole Opry: $12,000
- Includes 4 tickets
- Table Set up Outside Ballroom
- 1st choice of table location
- Breakfast Sponsor - can set up materials within breakfast room
- Mini Presentation on Stage (no more than 15 minutes on a topic, not a sales pitch, slides/talking points approved in advance)
- Logo on website
- Announcement on Social Media
- Logo/video included in event emails to clients (2-3 minutes)
- RCA Studio B: $6,500
- Includes 3 tickets

- Table Set up Outside Ballroom
- Country Music Hall of Fame: $3,000
- Includes 2 tickets (To attend as a non-client, it's $1250 per person, for an extra $500 you can be a Sponsor!)
