Our History
Attest Health Care Advisors began as the health care payer consulting division of a big five accounting firm in 1997. Our service offerings included regulatory, financial, and operational advice for health insurers. In 2006, Attest was divested due to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. We are now an independent, privately held limited liability corporation serving the needs of over 80 health insurers, 150 pharmacies, and many provider organizations.
We have been dedicated to auditing and consulting with health plans, pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), hospital systems, and provider organizations for two decades.

Attest has a demonstrated track record of completing thousands of engagements on-time and on-budget. We are so confident of our performance that we routinely contract on a fixed fee basis. Since 1997, we have not missed the filing deadline on a single audit.
Attest also leverages our breadth of expertise to work on organization-specific consulting engagements. Our subject matter experts can meet a wide range of needs, with recent projects including validation of an organization’s internal quality programs, working with health plans on system transitions, and working with health policy organizations on validation of new measures.
