Prior to joining Attest, Laura performed IT control and process audits in support of financial and internal audits at a large national accounting firm. Laura has served on NCQA's Audit Methodology Panel as Attest's Practice Leader since 2017.

He is Attest's technology leader and serves as a member of NCQA's Expert Coding Panel and HITRUST’s Health3PT initiative. Glen has been a CHCA for more than 15 years. He is Attest’s URAC pharmacy data validation practice leader.

Melissa has more than 20 years of HEDIS® and quality measurement experience including product management for a major certified software vendor. She is a certified HEDIS® Compliance Auditor and leads large Medicare Part C and D Data Validations. She is the principal in charge of the Medicare Regulatory Audits and ensuring the quality across all service lines.
